Join us as we tour the backroads of central Illinois to bring awareness and raise funds for Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Awareness programs. We will start the day with lunch at the Deer Creek American Legion, Deer Creek Illinois, departing at 1pm for our next pit stop. Our finish line is in Heyworth Illinois at Prairie Fire Grill. This is a rain or shine event and you will be driving on road surfaces of all types including dirt and gravel.
In addition to the cruise, we will play a hand of poker.
Poker Run Rules
Each Jeep will donate $25 for the driver and $5 for each passenger (under 10 years old free). The money collected is then divided in half. Half for the charity and half to the winning hand are end of the day. Tiebreaker is a cut of the deck, high card wins.
Each Jeep will have a sheet to track their hand. Jeeps Against Suicide is not responsible for sheets lost in the wind.
Each Jeep will draw 1 card at each location.
Of course, as is our tradition, we will hold the Drive Out of the Darkness, a moment of silence when the Jeeps will shine all of their lights supporting those we have lost and those that struggle daily.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED
End Point Host may be paying for the entertainment , so while you may have an awesome sound system, playing it during the event will result in being asked to leave. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE TO THOSE IN ATTENDANCE AND THOSE WHO HAVE WORKED HARD TO PLAN IT. By purchasing tickets you agree to these terms.
